Prepare the Package

Carefully place the watch in its original luxury packaging, including all certificates, manuals, and protective films to ensure full credit.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our horologists will inspect the item and process your refund within 5 business days.
